At Tintural, we know that the perfect shade can make all the difference. That’s why we offer a Custom Colour Creation Service to help you achieve the exact tone you’ve been dreaming of. Whether you’re matching a fabric, a reference object, or simply imagining something unique, our experts will work with you to create a tailor-made paint colour to suit your project.

From subtle off-whites to bold, rich hues, our custom colour mixing service guarantees exclusivity and precision. We handle every detail—from colour formulation to sample preparation and approval—to ensure complete satisfaction before your order goes into full production.

How It Works

  1. Consultation & Quote
    We calculate your project quote based on the cost of untinted paint or primer, plus the price of the pigments required to achieve your custom shade.
  2. Sample Creation
    Our team requires a minimum of 72 hours to prepare your custom colour samples.
  3. Sample Approval
    Paint samples are shipped to you for approval. Your confirmation is required before any full-size paint orders are mixed or dispatched.
  4. Final Production
    Once you approve the sample, your full order will be prepared and shipped.

 

Service Conditions

The price includes sample preparation, shipping (within Canada and the USA only), and a project quote. This quote is based on the cost of untinted paint/primer plus the price of pigments required for the project.

A minimum of 72 hours is required to create the custom colour, after which samples will be shipped to the client for approval. Colour approval must be confirmed by the client before the full amount of paint is mixed or shipped. Tintural is not responsible if the colour or appearance created with the paint does not meet the customer's expectations after the custom colour sample(s) have been approved.

A wall sample (11” x 7”) of the paint shade can be provided for an additional fee of $15. Please note that the finish effects do not appear on wall samples as these can only be achieved on larger surfaces; the samples are intended solely for shade reference purposes.
